Melissa Medley and Gray Swoope recently meet with leaders from Columbia County and the Department of Economic Development Office in Lake City, Florida to discuss ways to market the North Florida Mega Industrial Park. The 2,622 acre site, owned by Weyerhaeuser (formerly Plum Creek) sits near the intersection of Interstates 10 and 75 with Class I rail access. With the now completed merger with Plum Creek, Weyerhaeuser has over 13 million acres.
The North Florida Economic Development Partnership just held its 3rd annual Experience North Florida! Consultants Event at The Plantation on Crystal River.
