We are pleased to welcome Jolene Hempfing to the VisionFirst Advisors team as a Consulting Intern this spring.
Jolene is a junior at Florida State University pursuing majors in Professional Sales and Spanish, along with a minor in Music. She brings more than three years of experience in the food service industry and completed a human resources internship last summer, giving her early exposure to team operations, employee engagement, and organizational support. She will continue building her professional experience with a sales internship at Ferguson Enterprises in summer 2026.
On campus, Jolene is highly engaged in professional development and leadership. She is active in Women in Business, Spanish for Professional Success, the Society for Human Resource Management, the American Marketing Association, and the Sales Club. She currently serves as Vice President of Community Relations for the Society for Human Resource Management, where she helps strengthen connections between students, professionals, and the broader community.
Jolene is passionate about building relationships and applying strategic thinking to support organizational growth, values that closely align with VisionFirst’s work alongside communities and clients. Outside of the classroom, she enjoys spending time with friends, playing with her pets, and traveling.
We are excited to have Jolene join the VisionFirst team this spring and look forward to the perspective and energy she will bring to our work.
